Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 5g777 platform — this is a legal agreement between you and us.

2. Eligibility to Use the Platform

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, 5g777 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

All information provided at registration and thereafter — including name, address, and payment details — must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Management & Security

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not allow any third party to use your account. Report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity to the 5g777 support team immediately.

3.2 Verification Process

5g777 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Proof of identity, address, or payment method may be required before deposits or withdrawals. Transactions may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.3 Closing an Account

Any user may request to close their account at any time. In that case, the balance remaining in the account will be returned subject to the applicable conditions being met.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Nagad — Digital financial service by the postal department
  • Rocket — Mobile banking by Dutch-Bangla Bank

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

After successful verification, withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. In special circumstances it may take longer — in that case, please contact 5g777 support.

4.4 Transaction Security

All transactions are secured by SSL encryption. 5g777 will never ask for your payment password or PIN.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 5g777 will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example — if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing your total balance to ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example — ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are eligible for withdrawal only after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
  • 5g777 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of abuse.
  • Each bonus has its own expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled once they expire.

5.4 VIP Program

The 5g777 VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Promotions are based on regular gameplay and account activity. 5g777 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5g777 platform:

  • Providing false or fake information on an account.
  • Conducting transactions using another person's payment method or account.
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
  • Using software, bots, or automation tools to operate games.
  • Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or systems.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
  • Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to harm other users.
  • Claiming bonuses or rewards through false or misleading means.

If any of the above activities are proven, 5g777 reserves the full right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Rules

7.2 Sports Betting

Various markets are available in sports betting — such as match result, total runs, top batsman, and so on. Odds are subject to change and the final odds at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

7.3 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to server issues, loss of internet connection, or any other technical reason, 5g777 will make a decision after investigation — and that decision will be considered final.

8. Limitation of Liability

The 5g777 platform is committed to providing a safe and reliable service, however our liability is limited in the following areas:

  • Technical error or system security risk.
  • Instruction from a government or regulatory authority.

In the event of account termination, the return of any legitimate balance will be decided based on the circumstances of each individual case.
